Information we collect
Depending on your enquiry or booking, we may collect:
- name, email address, telephone and WhatsApp number;
- nationality, passport country, passport type, passport expiry date and visa-related information;
- travel dates, destinations, flight details, accommodation, transport, guest and luggage information;
- preferences concerning tours, dining, events, accessibility, family assistance, shopping, yachts or private aviation;
- messages, complaints, feedback and communications with us;
- payment and transaction information processed by an authorised payment provider when live payments are enabled; and
- basic technical information such as browser type, device, pages visited and cookies where enabled.
Please do not send full passport copies, payment-card details, medical information or other sensitive documents unless we specifically request them through an approved secure method.
