Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Qatar law.
Acceptance and scope
By submitting an enquiry, approving a quotation or paying for a confirmed service, you agree to these terms and any service-specific conditions disclosed before payment. A person booking for other travellers confirms that they are authorised to accept applicable terms and provide information on their behalf.
Enquiries are not confirmed bookings
Website forms, WhatsApp messages, emails and draft itineraries are enquiries only. A booking becomes binding only when we issue written confirmation and receive any required payment. Availability may change until confirmation.
Our role and third-party suppliers
We may provide services directly or act as an arranger or intermediary for independent airlines, hotels, holiday homes, transport companies, guides, attractions, venues, restaurants, visa-support partners, insurers, medical providers, yacht operators, aviation operators and other suppliers. Their lawful terms, operating rules, capacity limits and safety requirements may also apply and will be disclosed where relevant.
Prices, quotations and currency
Prices marked “draft”, “sample”, “from” or “starting at” are not final offers. Final prices depend on availability, dates, capacity, route, duration, taxes, supplier charges, exchange rates and extras. We will provide the final price and material inclusions before payment. Unless stated otherwise, displayed website prices are in United States dollars. Your bank may apply conversion or transaction charges.
Payments and invoices
Payment schedules and accepted methods will be stated in the confirmation. Payments must be made through an approved channel. Never send card details through email, WhatsApp or an enquiry form. Where required, we will provide a dated invoice or receipt showing the service and price. A payment may be reversed where it is unauthorised, fraudulent or made in error, subject to law.
Customer information and documents
You must provide accurate names, contact information, dates, passenger details, luggage information and documents by the stated deadline. Names for flights and regulated travel services must match the relevant travel document. You are responsible for checking all confirmations promptly and reporting an error without delay.
Passports, visas and entry requirements
Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas, permits, vaccinations, insurance and entry, transit or exit requirements. Visa assistance is administrative support only and does not guarantee approval, processing time or entry. Decisions remain with the relevant authority. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, passport validity should extend at least six months beyond the intended travel date.
Changes by the customer
Requested changes are subject to availability, supplier approval and any fare difference, amendment fee or additional cost disclosed before the change is accepted. Changing names, dates, routes, guest numbers, vessels, aircraft, rooms or venues may be treated as a cancellation and new booking where a supplier requires it.
Changes, disruption and force majeure
Schedules, routes, venues and activities may change because of weather, safety, government action, border restrictions, supplier failure, mechanical issues, strikes, public events or circumstances beyond reasonable control. We will use reasonable efforts to offer an appropriate alternative, reschedule or refund in accordance with the supplier’s terms, our Cancellation & Refund Policy and mandatory law.
Safety, conduct and participation
Customers must follow lawful instructions, age and capacity limits, dress codes, venue rules and safety briefings. Adventure, desert, water, aviation and sporting activities carry inherent risks. Participation may be refused where a person is intoxicated, behaves dangerously or abusively, conceals a material condition, or would place themselves or others at risk. Refusal for serious misconduct may be treated as a late cancellation to the extent permitted by law.
Health, accessibility and special requests
Tell us before confirmation about mobility needs, allergies, dietary requirements, pregnancy, medical conditions or other requirements relevant to safe service delivery. We will make reasonable efforts to coordinate requests but cannot guarantee them unless confirmed in writing. Medical-tourism services are limited to travel and provider coordination and are not medical advice.
Accommodation, transport, jets and yachts
- Accommodation is subject to property rules, deposits, identification, check-in times and damage policies.
- Transport vehicle choice depends on passenger and luggage capacity; waiting time, route changes and excess hours may be chargeable.
- Private aviation is subject to aircraft availability, permits, airport slots, passenger documents, baggage limits and operator approval.
- Yachts and speedboats are charged according to the confirmed hourly package and are subject to weather, marina, capacity and safety rules.
Concierge, shopping and family assistance
Concierge reservations, personal shopping, childcare, housekeeping, relocation and similar support may be fulfilled by selected third-party providers. Product availability, authenticity documentation, returns, warranties, delivery, provider licensing and safeguarding requirements will be confirmed where applicable. We will not purchase restricted or unlawful items.
Liability and statutory rights
We are responsible for services we directly provide with reasonable care and skill. For independently supplied services, responsibility is allocated according to applicable law and the supplier’s lawful terms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. We are not responsible for indirect or purely consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, subject always to mandatory law.
Website content and intellectual property
Website content is general information and may change. Images may be illustrative. The Matty Global name, logo, website design, written content and original media may not be copied or commercially used without permission. You may use the website only for lawful personal or business enquiries.
Complaints, governing law and contact
Please report a service concern promptly so it can be investigated while relevant information is available. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are subject to the competent courts of Qatar, without limiting any mandatory consumer right to approach an authorised regulator or other competent forum.
